Judge J. Sreenivas Rao listened to Kakkirala Chinna Pulla Rao, Kakkirala Pedda Laxman Rao, and Kakkirala Chinna Laxman Rao's side and looked at the records. He saw that the people asking for help are older, with ages ranging from 57 to 74. Considering their age, he decided the case should be resolved quickly.

Nine-Month Deadline Set

The court has instructed the Junior Civil Judge-cum-Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Dhammapeta, to finish the case within nine months. The judge emphasized the need for cooperation from both sides to avoid delays.

"The people asking for help and the other people involved are told to work together with the trial court to finish the case quickly, without asking for unnecessary delays."
