Summary: The Azizia Educational and Welfare Society and others withdrew their request to the court after getting good news about their bank guarantee from the State Bank of India.

Petitioners Want to Withdraw

The Azizia Educational and Welfare Society, along with Arif Unani Medical College and Dr. Mohd EhsanUlHaq, filed a request to the court. They wanted to solve problems with the State Bank of India and the Central Council for Indian Medicine.

Bank's Positive Step

On August 19, 2025, the petitioners' lawyer told the court that the State Bank of India was ready to release the bank guarantee. This was based on a No Objection Certificate from the NCISM/CCISM. However, the release would only happen if they withdrew their court request.

Court's Decision

Judge Nagesh Bheemapaka was in charge of the case. After listening to the petitioners' request, he allowed them to take back their court request. The court also said they could file a new request in the future if needed.

"Granting liberty as sought for, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn."

Final Note

The court closed any other related applications for this case. No costs were ordered for this withdrawal.
