During the case, both the accused and the person who filed the complaint, Syed Afzal Ali, decided to settle the matter. They filed applications to officially record their agreement and asked to drop the charges.

The case against Shaik Shanu Sultan, Abed Bin Khaleed Abed, Mohd Ismail Javeed, and Mohammed Osman Ghani was ended, but they had to pay Rs. 5,000 each to both the High Court Legal Services Committee and the Telangana High Court Advocates Association.

The court decided to end the case after the parties involved reached an agreement. The accused were required to make a payment as part of the settlement.
