In a recent court case, two residents of Nagaram Village are trying to keep their land. The court has ordered a survey to figure out who really owns the land.

Who Are the People Involved?

Muddam Sainath Reddy and Muddam Narsimha Reddy say they own a piece of land in Nagaram Village, Keesara Mandal. They claim they have proof, like official papers and records, showing they own 0.20 guntas each.

"We have the documents to prove our ownership," say Muddam Sainath Reddy and Muddam Narsimha Reddy.

What's the Government's Side?

The government, represented by the Hyderabad Metropolitan Water Supply and Sewerage Board, says they need the land for a Sewage Treatment Plant (STP). They claim they were given 3.05 guntas of land for this project back in 2020.

"We need this land for an important project," says the government's lawyer, Mr. A. Veeresh Kumar.

The Dispute Over Land

The main problem is about who owns which part of the land. Both sides claim rights over overlapping areas. Muddam Sainath Reddy and Muddam Narsimha Reddy say they are being forced out without the right legal steps.

Court's Decision

Judge K. Lakshman has decided that a survey needs to be done to find out the exact boundaries. The court has ordered the local land officer to conduct this survey within a week.

"A survey will help clear up this mess," the judge ruled.

What's Next?

Muddam Sainath Reddy, Muddam Narsimha Reddy, and the government will be informed about the survey. Once the boundaries are set, the government can continue with their STP project.

The court's decision aims to settle the dispute fairly, ensuring everyone knows exactly which land belongs to whom.
