The court, led by Chief Justice Apresh Kumar Singh and Justice G.M. Mohiuddin, listened to Anirudh's request. The judges noted that if Anirudh meets the conditions under the government order, he should approach the university with his documents.
The court advised Anirudh to contact Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences. If he presents the necessary documents, he can be treated as a local candidate for the admission process.
The court concluded the case by instructing Anirudh to follow the procedure with the university. There were no costs ordered, and any other pending applications were closed.
