A court decided that the police shouldn't get involved in a civil disagreement between Smt Bodishe Andalu and two businessmen. The court made a previous temporary decision permanent, stopping the police from interfering.
Smt Bodishe Andalu filed a complaint against the State of Telangana and several police officers. She claimed that the police, influenced by two businessmen, Mr. L Sukhajeevan Reddy and Mr. L Amarender Reddy, were trying to unfairly settle a civil disagreement.
Judge N. Tukaramji listened to both sides. The lawyer for Smt Bodishe Andalu, Mr. Aziz Hussain, argued that the police were interfering. The court had already given a temporary decision on September 19, 2016, telling the police to step back.
"The temporary decision has effectively addressed the concerns of the petitioner."
The government's lawyer, Mr. R. Laxmikanth Reddy, said the police didn't interfere. However, they didn't oppose making the temporary decision permanent.
After considering all the facts, Judge Tukaramji decided to make the temporary decision permanent. This means the police can't interfere in the civil disagreement anymore.
"This Court considers it fair and proper to make the said temporary decision final."
The court concluded the case without assigning any costs. As a result, the police are officially out of the situation in this civil matter.
