The court has approved the registration of a sale deed in a village case, following similar decisions in the past. Judge K. Sarath handled the case, ensuring the process is smooth and fair.
Sri Gadiraju Latchiraju, a 60-year-old businessman from West Godavari District, asked the court to allow the registration of his sale deed. His lawyer, Mr. Katika Ravinder Reddy, noted that similar cases had already been decided in favor of registration.
The State of Telangana and other government officials were the ones responding to the case. Mrs. S. Sravanthi, the Assistant Government Pleader, did not object to Sri Gadiraju Latchiraju's request. She agreed that if he paid the necessary stamp duty, the registration should proceed.
"If the petitioner presents the sale deed by paying sufficient stamp duty, the registering authority will take appropriate decision."
Judge K. Sarath referred to earlier cases like W.P.No.4816 of 2025 and others. He decided that the registration should go ahead if Sri Gadiraju Latchiraju submits the required documents and follows the rules. The court ordered that the process be completed within four weeks of receiving the documents.
The court also mentioned past cases, such as Vinjamuri Rajagopala Chary vs. State of Andhra Pradesh, to guide the decision. This ensures consistency and fairness in similar legal matters.
Any other requests related to this case were closed, and no extra costs were imposed.
This decision is a win for Sri Gadiraju Latchiraju and sets a clear path for similar cases in the future.
