Tupakula Nirmala decided to take back her appeal against the State of Telangana. The court closed the case without making her pay any extra charges.

The Case: Who's Involved?

The main person in this case is Tupakula Nirmala, a 55-year-old housewife from Ranga Reddy District. She filed the appeal. On the other side, the people involved include several officials from the State of Telangana, such as the Principal Secretary of the Home Department, the Director General of Police, and others from the Rachakonda Commissionerate.

Court Decision: Appeal Withdrawn

The appeal was presented before Chief Justice Sri Aparesh Kumar Singh and Justice G.M. Mohiuddin. During the proceedings, Mr. Ramesh Kadari, Nirmala's lawyer, asked the court to withdraw the appeal. As a result, the court closed the appeal.

"The Writ Appeal is, therefore, dismissed as withdrawn. However, there shall be no order as to costs."

No Extra Charges: Costs Waived

An interesting point in this case is that the court decided not to make Tupakula Nirmala pay any extra charges for taking back the appeal. This means she doesn't have to pay any additional money related to this legal process.

The court also closed any other related applications, meaning everything connected to this appeal is now officially over.

"Miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed."

The decision was finalized on October 24, 2025, bringing the matter to a close.
