Summary: Akbarsulthan missed a court date because of an accident. The court accepted his reason and gave him more time to continue his case.

The Case Background

Akbarsulthan filed a case against Rukmani. The case was initially closed because Akbarsulthan and his lawyer missed a court date on November 15, 2023. They had been warned to show up, but due to unexpected events, they couldn't be there.

Accident on Court Day

On the day he missed court, Akbarsulthan had an accident. This accident was why he couldn't attend or tell his lawyer what to do. The court records showed he was at earlier hearings, but not on October 25 and 30, 2023.

"The person who filed the case had an accident on that unfortunate day of 15.11.2023."

Court's Decision to Reopen the Case

Judge Shamim Ahmed looked over the case and found the accident a good reason for Akbarsulthan’s absence. The court decided to reopen the case but required Akbarsulthan to pay Rs. 10,000 to the District Legal Services Authority as a condition.

Payment Delays and Resolution

Akbarsulthan faced money and health problems, which delayed his payment. However, he managed to pay the amount on September 19, 2025. His lawyer showed proof of payment, which the court accepted.

"The person who filed the case has since paid the required amount on 19.09.2025."

Moving Forward

With the payment confirmed, the court told the trial court to move quickly with the case, aiming to finish it within six months. This gives Akbarsulthan another chance to present his case.
