The case involving M Padma Rao against the educational authorities in Telangana was dismissed. The reason? The issue is no longer relevant, according to Judge Pulla Karthik.
M Padma Rao, a headmaster from Maheshwaram, filed a formal request to the court. He was up against the District Educational Officer, the Commissioner and Director of School Education, and the State of Telangana.
When the court took up the case, Mr. Mukhram Khan, speaking on behalf of Mr. Bala Kishan Rao for M Padma Rao, explained that the issue had become outdated. As a result, Judge Pulla Karthik dismissed the petition as "no longer relevant."

Judge Karthik also mentioned that there would be no extra costs involved, and any other pending requests related to this case were closed.
