Summary: A student, Rushda Osmani, was supposedly expelled from NASR School in Hyderabad. The court got involved, and things took quite a turn!

The Expulsion Letter That Started It All

On August 25, 2025, NASR School allegedly expelled Rushda Osmani without giving her a chance to explain or any prior warning. Her father, Mr. Mohammed Zubair Osmani, took the matter to court, arguing that this action broke several basic rights and education rules.

Court Steps In: Temporary Orders

Judge Surepalli Nanda looked into the case and gave temporary orders on October 24, 2025. The court told NASR School to let Rushda attend classes and join in all activities without any restrictions or unfair treatment.

"The student is directed to attend classes regularly... and the school is directed to allow the student, Miss Rushda Osmani, to attend and participate..."

School's Defense: We Never Expelled Her!

The school, represented by their lawyer, argued that Rushda was never actually expelled. They said she stopped coming to classes on her own. They even showed attendance records to prove she was still on the student list.

Withdrawal of the Expulsion Letter

In a surprising turn, NASR School agreed to take back the controversial expulsion letter, as long as Rushda didn't ask for money as compensation. Her father agreed but kept the option open to seek compensation through other ways if needed.

Summary of the Verdict

The court decided that Rushda could continue her education without any interruptions. It also allowed her the option to seek compensation in the future if necessary. Judge Nanda made sure that Rushda's schooling would not be affected by this incident.
