Let's break down a recent court decision involving a land dispute and claims of harassment. Judge Vakiti Ramakrishna Reddy made the decision, and here's what happened.

The Land at the Center of It All

J D Jyothi Bai and her family own some land in Puppalaguda Village, Rajendranagar Mandal. The land has been a big issue because Jyothi Bai's sister, Smt. Preeti Bai, filed a case back in 2000 to get her share. The court agreed, and the land was divided among the family.

Enter the Third Parties

Things got more complicated when some other people said they bought parts of the land. They went to court too, asking for a legal order to stop anyone from messing with their claimed property. But in October 2015, the court didn't give them what they wanted.

Crime Report and Acquittal

Here's where it gets messy. The Project Engineer from Sahiti Constructions (person No.4 in the case) filed a report that led to a criminal case against Jyothi Bai's brother. He was accused of trespassing and making threats. But guess what? He was found not guilty in 2018.

"The case ended in acquittal in C.C.No.818 of 2015."

Claims of Harassment

Jyothi Bai claimed that the police (person No.3 in the case) were bothering her to settle the land dispute with Sahiti Constructions. She wanted the court to stop this interference.

Police Deny Involvement

The police said they never told Jyothi Bai or her family to give the land to Sahiti Constructions. They argued that the complaint was based on unfounded fears.

The Court's Decision

Judge Vakiti Ramakrishna Reddy decided that the police should not interfere with Jyothi Bai's freedom. They can't call her to the station or get involved in the land dispute unless it's through the proper legal process.

"The Police not to interfere with the personal liberty of the petitioner."

Case Closed

The court wrapped up the case with no extra costs for either side. Any other pending applications were also closed.
