"The respondent Nos.1 and 2 shall pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner."
The GHMC has to follow the rules under the GHMC Act, 1955, and inform everyone involved within four weeks.
The court stressed that the GHMC needs to act quickly. There were no penalties given to any party, and any pending requests were closed.
