T.P.S. Construction Company had a problem with their bidding process. They needed some important papers to bid on road projects but weren't getting them. The court stepped in to speed things up.
T.P.S. Construction, led by Mr. T.P.S. Sekar, wanted to bid on projects to widen and strengthen roads in Tamil Nadu. The bids were announced on August 18, 2025, and they needed to submit their offers by September 30, 2025.
To submit their bid, T.P.S. needed two papers: a work site inspection paper and a machinery condition paper. They applied for these on September 6, 2025, but didn't get them in time. This delay could have meant they missed out on the bid.
Judge M. Dhandapani heard the case. T.P.S. Construction's lawyer asked the court to make the highway department issue the papers quickly. The government lawyer promised they would handle it right away.
"The papers will be issued immediately," assured the Additional Government Lawyer.
The court ordered the highway department to check the site and issue the necessary papers by 5 PM the next day. This quick action ensured T.P.S. Construction could still participate in the bidding process.
