Summary: Vemula Sudhakar's tractor was taken by authorities without following the correct steps. Justice N.V. Shravan Kumar ruled in his favor, ordering the release of the vehicle.

The Seizure Incident

Vemula Sudhakar, a tractor owner from Siricilla, faced an unexpected challenge when his vehicle was taken on July 31, 2025. The local official, known as a Tahsildar, took the tractor while Sudhakar was transporting sand for personal use. The authorities didn't follow the rules outlined in the Minor Mineral Concession Rules, which left Sudhakar feeling wronged.

"The tractor was checked and taken... without following the proper steps," Sudhakar's lawyer argued.

The Legal Battle Begins

Sudhakar decided to fight back by filing a formal complaint. His main argument was that the authorities didn't follow the proper steps set by the government order from January 2015. He wanted the court to tell the authorities to give his tractor back.

Previous Case Reference

Sudhakar's lawyer pointed out a similar case from earlier in 2025, where the court had ruled in favor of the person who complained. He urged the court to apply the same decision to Sudhakar's case.

The Court's Decision

Justice N.V. Shravan Kumar heard the case and agreed with Sudhakar's argument. The judge instructed Sudhakar to submit a request to the District Collector with all necessary documents. The Collector was then directed to resolve the issue within two weeks, following Rule 12 of the 2015 Rules.

"This complaint is resolved in terms of the previous order," stated Justice N.V. Shravan Kumar.

Verdict Summary

The court sided with Sudhakar, ensuring that the proper steps were followed. This decision helped Sudhakar get his tractor back and emphasized the importance of following rules.
