The High Court of Bombay couldn't hear some cases because there wasn't enough time. These cases will be heard on a later date. Judge M. M. Sathaye made sure that any existing decisions will remain in effect until then.

Cases Not Heard

On August 19, 2025, Judge M. M. Sathaye announced that some cases on the court's schedule couldn't be heard because there wasn't enough time. This means those cases will have to wait for a new date.

"Following matters mentioned in the chart could not be taken up for hearing due to lack of time."

New Dates Announced

The cases that were not heard have been rescheduled. They will now be presented to the court on September 23, 2025. The court has organized these cases into categories for either initial review or decisions.

Orders to Stay in Place

Judge Sathaye made it clear that any temporary decisions that were in place will continue to be valid. This means that whatever decisions were made before will still apply until the cases are heard again.

"Temporary decisions, if any existing as of today, shall continue to be in effect until the next date."

Verdict Summary

The court has rescheduled the cases that couldn't be heard due to time constraints, ensuring that previous temporary decisions remain until the new hearing date.
