Summary: A third attempt to challenge a detention order from March 2023 has been dismissed by the court. The request was filed by Mrs. Lata Sharma, the mother of the detained person, following two previous requests by Mrs. Anjali Sharma, the detainee's wife.

A Persistent Legal Battle

In a story that seems never-ending, the court has once again faced a request against a detention order dated March 9, 2023. This time, it was Mrs. Lata Sharma who filed the request, hoping for a different outcome. However, the court, led by Judges Moushumi Bhattacharya and Gadi Praveen Kumar, didn't change its decision.

Previous Requests by Mrs. Anjali Sharma

Before this, two other requests were filed by Mrs. Anjali Sharma. The first one was dismissed on August 2, 2023, and the second was withdrawn later in August 2025. Both these requests also challenged the same detention order.

"The request in both these cases would show that they were filed against the detention order dated 09.03.2023."

Mrs. Lata Sharma's Attempt

The third request, filed by Mrs. Lata Sharma, didn't present any new arguments against the detention order. Although there was a confirmation order on July 17, 2025, this request did not challenge that either.

Court's Decision

Given the circumstances, the court found no reason to consider this third request. The judges, Moushumi Bhattacharya and Gadi Praveen Kumar, dismissed the request on October 23, 2025.

"Considering the above facts, we do not find any reason to consider the request."

Summary of the Verdict

The court dismissed the third request to overturn the detention order, maintaining its previous decision.
