The court has dismissed two requests for a legal decision because they no longer needed a decision. Here's what happened.
The main person asking for help in this case was A Roopla Naik from Mahabubnagar District. The people and organizations being asked to respond included A P Transco, A P Central Power Distribution Corporation Ltd, and the Superintending Engineer Operation Circle from Mahabubnagar.
Judge Namavarapu Rajeshwar Rao was in charge of the case. The lawyer for the person asking for help, Ms. Ch. Kanaka Durga, explained that the issues in the requests were no longer important. Because of this, the court decided that the requests were unnecessary and didn't need a decision.
"The cause in the Writ Petitions does not survive for adjudication and the Writ Petitions have become infructuous."
With the requests dismissed, the court also stated that there would be no decision about who pays for the legal costs. Any other related requests that are still waiting for a decision would be closed as well.
The court decided that the requests didn't need any further action because the issues were no longer relevant. Therefore, no decision was made, and no costs were assigned.
