Summary: A legal battle over a compound wall in Hyderabad ends with the court dismissing the case. The petitioner, K Chandrakala, claimed interference from local police, but the wall is now complete.

The Petitioner's Request

K Chandrakala, a housewife from Hyderabad, filed a request with the court asking for help against the local police. She claimed that the police were stopping her from building a compound wall on her property. She wanted the court to declare this action wrong and to stop any interference.

The Respondents' Position

The people on the other side of the case were the State of Telangana, the Inspector of Police from Madannapet, and the Deputy Commissioner of Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation. They argued that they never stopped K Chandrakala from building her wall. They said her claims were not supported by any real evidence.

The Court's Decision

Judge N. Tukaramji listened to both sides and noted that the wall had already been built while the case was ongoing. This made the original problem no longer relevant. However, the judge allowed K Chandrakala the option to seek legal help again if any new issues arise.

“The rights of the petitioner are reserved to avail an appropriate remedy in accordance with law, should any grievance still subsist.”

The court decided to dismiss the request as the wall was completed, making the case irrelevant. There were no costs ordered against either party, and any other pending requests were closed.
