In a recent court case, A.S. Karunakaran filed a complaint against Yuvaraj, a local government official from Orathanadu Taluk. The issue was about Yuvaraj not following a previous court decision. But now, it seems like everything is sorted out.
Back on February 25, 2025, the Madurai Bench of the Madras High Court made a decision in a case numbered W.P.(MD) No.5085 of 2025. A.S. Karunakaran believed Yuvaraj didn't follow this decision, so he filed a complaint. He wanted the court to take action against Yuvaraj for not following the rules.
On September 24, 2025, the case was reviewed by Justice Senthilkumar Ramamoorthy. During the hearing, the government's lawyer, Mr. B. Saravanan, presented a new order dated September 22, 2025, from Yuvaraj. This order showed that Yuvaraj had finally followed the court's instructions.
"In view thereof, nothing survives in this contempt petition and the same is closed."
With Yuvaraj following the rules, Justice Ramamoorthy decided there was no need for further action. The complaint was closed, and everything is now settled.
Yuvaraj complied with the court's decision, leading to the closure of the case.
