Quick Summary: On November 27, 2025, the Delhi High Court allowed Nitish Jaiswal to reapply for official approval of his property in Burari, Delhi. This decision came after his initial request was rejected because the property was in an unauthorized area.

The Initial Setback

Nitish Jaiswal first faced a problem when his request to make his property at Khasra No. 122/14, Main 100 Foota Road, Bhagat Colony, Sant Nagar, Burari, official was denied. The reason was that the property was said to be in an unauthorized area.

New Information Brings New Hope

Later, Nitish found out that his property is actually in a developed village. This new information questioned the original reason for rejection. His lawyer argued that the first decision wasn't correct because of this new boundary classification.

Court's Decision on November 27, 2025

Judge Mini Pushkarna was in charge of the case. The court decided that Nitish should be allowed to submit a new request. The Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) agreed to look at this new request.

"The petitioner is permitted to apply afresh for regularization," the court stated.

Steps Ahead for Nitish

Nitish now has two weeks from the decision date to file his new request with all the needed documents. The MCD is expected to handle this request within eight weeks.

A Fair Hearing and Clear Directions

The court made sure that Nitish will get a chance to explain his case when his request is looked at. If any more documents are needed, he can provide them.

Also, the MCD will tell him about any parts of his property that cannot be fixed and need to be taken down. For this, the property will be temporarily unsealed to allow necessary actions.

"The MCD shall indicate clearly to the petitioner with regard to the non-compoundable portions that need to be demolished," the court ordered.

Verdict Summary

The court’s decision allows Nitish Jaiswal the opportunity to officially approve his property with clear instructions and support. He must prepare and submit his new application in the coming weeks.
