Quick Summary: The court has closed a case because the people who started it lost contact with their lawyer. They can reopen the case if needed.

Petitioners Go Silent

In the case of Writ Petition No. 9632 of 2005, the people who started the case, Kuncharla Nageswara Rao and Tadakapally Rajesh, were represented by Ms. P. Krishna Keertana. She told the court that she couldn't get in touch with Kuncharla Nageswara Rao and Tadakapally Rajesh, so she didn't know what to do next.

Court Decides to Close the Case

Since Kuncharla Nageswara Rao and Tadakapally Rajesh couldn't be reached, Judge Namavarapu Rajeshwar Rao decided to close the case. However, he said they could come back if they have a reason.

"The petitioners are allowed to come back to this Court if they still have a reason to continue."

No Costs Involved

The court also decided that there would be no costs for closing the case. Any other related requests were also closed.

What’s Next?

Kuncharla Nageswara Rao and Tadakapally Rajesh can still go to the court again if they find a reason to continue their case. For now, though, the case is closed.

This decision was made on August 21, 2025, by Judge Namavarapu Rajeshwar Rao.
