Recently, the Bombay High Court shared that some cases couldn't be heard because there wasn't enough time. Here's a simple explanation of what happened.

No Time for Hearing

On August 19, 2025, Justice Sathaye said that some cases on the court's schedule couldn't be discussed because there just weren't enough hours in the day. This means those cases are now moved to another day.

New Dates for Cases

The cases that were affected have new dates. Specifically, cases numbered 32 and 33 will be discussed on September 23, 2025. Meanwhile, cases 34 to 40 and 42 to 44 will be decided on the same day.

Temporary Orders Stay the Same

For anyone worried about temporary orders, there's good news. Justice Sathaye confirmed that any existing orders will stay the same until the next court date. This means that nothing changes legally until then.

"Temporary orders, if any existing as of today, will continue until the next date."

What’s Next?

If you're involved in one of these cases, remember that the court will look at them again on September 23, 2025. While there's a bit of waiting involved, at least you know when things will move forward.
