
In a recent court decision, a request made by Chintakayala Venkatamma was dismissed as unnecessary by Judge N. Tukaramji. Chintakayala Venkatamma wanted the authorities to take action because they didn't register her complaint.
Chintakayala Venkatamma, who lives in Wanaparthy Town, asked the court to make the authorities register her complaint. She had filed this complaint on May 22, 2016, and followed up on May 23 and May 30, 2016.

The case involved several people, including The State of Telangana, represented by its Secretary, and some local police officers and residents of Wanaparthy Town like Nandimalla Paramaiah and his family. They were accused of not taking action on Chintakayala Venkatamma's complaint.
Mr. M. Shankar, representing Mr. G. Vasantha Rayudu, was the lawyer for Chintakayala Venkatamma. Mr. R. Laxmikanth Reddy, the Assistant Government Pleader for Home, was the lawyer for the state and local authorities.
After listening to both sides, the court decided that the request did not need further action. Venkatamma's lawyer agreed to dismiss the case, and the Assistant Government Pleader did not object.
