What's Happening?

A student named Koppula Bharath Simha had a bit of a hiccup trying to get into medical school. He wanted to apply for a special category but couldn't submit all the needed papers on time. The court has now stepped in to help him sort things out quickly.

The Problem with Paperwork

Koppula Bharath Simha, a student, wanted to apply for an MBBS/BDS course under the Management Quota "C" Category, which is for NRI students. But he couldn't get the necessary NRI documents in time. He tried to ask Kaloji Nararayana Rao University of Health Sciences to let him apply anyway, but they weren't allowing it.

"The action of the university in not considering my request for uploading NRI documents is unfair," argued Bharath.

University’s Deadline Drama

The university had a strict deadline of September 22, 2025, for applications. After this date, they prepared a merit list for admissions. Bharath missed this deadline because he didn't have his sponsor letter and other NRI documents ready.

Court Steps In

The case was heard by Chief Justice Apresh Kumar Singh and Justice G.M. Mohiuddin. They decided that Bharath should be allowed to submit a formal request to the university. The university has to respond to this request within two days.

"The University shall decide this within two days," the court ordered.

No Opinions, Just Actions

The court made it clear they aren't saying whether Bharath should be admitted or not. They are just ensuring he gets a fair chance to present his case to the university.

Bharath now has an opportunity to have his application considered, thanks to the court's quick intervention. It's now up to the university to make a quick decision.
