Summary: A retired employee, Javvaji Sudhakar, filed a request to claim his grandfather's land in Jagtial. The court turned down the case because he didn't provide enough information about his family and the property.
Javvaji Sudhakar, a retired worker, said he owned a piece of land in Jagtial that originally belonged to his grandfather, Juvvaji Pullaiah. The land is 7 acres and 10 guntas. Sudhakar wanted the authorities to officially recognize him as the owner and issue an E-Pattadar Pass Book.
Sudhakar made a request on June 16, 2025, to the local authorities, asking them to update the records with his name. Even though he got a response, the authorities didn't do anything about his request. Feeling ignored, Sudhakar decided to take the issue to court.
"Upset by the lack of action from The District Collector and The Revenue Divisional Officer, Javvaji Sudhakar filed this request in court."
Sudhakar mentioned an earlier court case (W.P.No.3778 of 2020) in his request. In that case, the court had told the authorities to consider requests for land allotment. However, Sudhakar's current request was different, focusing only on his grandfather's land.
The court noticed that Sudhakar didn't provide important details, like when his grandfather passed away and information about other family members who might have a claim to the land. Without this information, his claim was weaker.
"Without giving a request with all the details... Javvaji Sudhakar cannot submit the mentioned application."
Justice K. Lakshman dismissed the request because of these missing details. However, Sudhakar was told he could try other legal ways to pursue his claim.
"Javvaji Sudhakar is not entitled to any relief... the request is dismissed."
The court's decision shows how important it is to provide complete and accurate information when making legal claims. Sudhakar now has the chance to gather the necessary details and try other legal options if he wants to.
