Summary: A court case about land ownership in Khanamet Village has been settled, with the court deciding to keep things as they are, meaning no changes to the current situation.

The Dispute Over Land in Khanamet Village

S. Bhagyalakshmi, who lives in Hyderabad, took legal action against several state officials. She said that these officials were trying to take away her 1000 square yards of land in Khanamet Village, Ranga Reddy District. The land includes plot numbers 148 to 152.

Court's Initial Order: Keep Things the Same

On May 26, 2016, Justice Anil Kumar Jukanti ordered that nothing should change about the land. The court's order was straightforward:

“There shall be status quo with regard to the land measuring 1000 sq. yards bearing plot Nos.148 to 152 situated in Sy.No.54 of Khanamet Village, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District.”

This meant that the officials couldn't do anything that might change the situation on the land.

Petitioner's Relief: No Interference

The lawyer for S. Bhagyalakshmi confirmed that since the court's order in May 2016, the officials had not tried to interfere with the land. This was a relief for her because she believed that trying to take her land was wrong and against her rights under the law.

The Court's Final Decision

On October 24, 2025, Justice Jukanti ended the legal case, saying no more orders were needed since the officials had followed the order to keep things the same. The court did not require either side to pay any extra fees, and any other requests related to the case were also closed.

This decision ensures that the land stays with S. Bhagyalakshmi, keeping her rights intact and stopping any unfair actions by the officials.
