In a recent decision, Judge K. Sarath allowed the withdrawal of a court case involving multiple people, giving them the option to file separate cases if they want.
The people who filed the case, including Mrs. Nafeesa Ayesha Asadi and Mr. Syed Quiubuddin Buqtiar Asadi, had initially filed a case against the State of Telangana and other officials. However, their lawyer asked to withdraw the case.
"The lawyer for Mrs. Nafeesa Ayesha Asadi, Mr. Syed Quiubuddin Buqtiar Asadi, and the other people involved asked for permission to withdraw the case and noted this in the court documents."

Any other requests related to this case were also closed.
"Any other requests pending in this case are now closed."
