Quick Summary: NCC Limited asked the court to help them get their overdue payments from the State of Telangana for work they finished. The court decided in favor of NCC Limited, ordering the payments to be made with interest.

NCC Limited Seeks Payment for Completed Work

NCC Limited, represented by Mr. P. Shiva Ram, asked the court to tell the State of Telangana and other officials to pay them for the work they completed. They said the payments were late and should include interest at 12% per year.

Respondents Confirm Payment Tokens Issued

The people responding to the case, including the Principal Secretary of Panchayati Raj and Rural Development, confirmed that payment tokens were given to NCC Limited. However, there was a delay in payment because of an issue with a sum of Rs.44,60,370, which was later fixed.

"Tokens have been issued in favor of NCC Limited," confirmed the respondents.

Court’s Direction: Pay with Interest

Judge T. Madhavi Devi noted that similar cases had been settled with interest payments at 6% per year. The court told the respondents to pay NCC Limited within two months, including interest from the date the amount was due.

"Respondents are directed to make payment...with interest @ 6% per annum," ordered Judge T. Madhavi Devi.

Conclusion of the Case

The court wrapped up the case, making sure that NCC Limited would get the payments owed to them. There were no extra costs ordered, and any pending applications related to the case were closed.
