A court case about dividing property has been going on for a long time, and now there's a push to wrap it up quickly. Judge N. Tukaramji is handling the case, and here's what happened.
Back in 1999, Chinthireddy Sarala wanted a piece of family property divided. The court agreed in 2004, saying the property should be split into four parts. Sarala would get one part. But the case didn’t end there.
"The case itself dates back to the year 1999."
The people who disagreed, including Gopu Narayan Reddy, didn’t accept the decision. They appealed, but in 2023, the appeals court confirmed the original decision. Still, the property wasn’t divided.
Sarala filed another request in 2024 to finally divide the property as per the court’s earlier decision. But things have been dragging. Her lawyer, Mr. P. Ashok Goud, emphasized how the delay is causing problems for everyone involved.
"Such prolonged delay is causing serious inconvenience and unfairness."
Judge N. Tukaramji has now ordered the trial court to make this case a priority. The goal is to have the final decision within three months from the next court date. The judge wants to end the long wait and bring relief to all parties.
"The trial Court is directed to give priority to the matter."
This move could finally bring closure to a case that started over two decades ago.
