GHMC must send notices to the property owners and any other interested parties, giving them a chance to express their views.
Until the application is reviewed, the current state of the property must stay the same. The court emphasized keeping things as they are.
The case was closed with no costs involved. This means the court has finished its part, and now it's up to GHMC to take the next steps.
"Pending consideration of the regularization application, status quo, obtaining as on today, shall be maintained in respect of subject property, in all respects."
Justice B. Vijaysen Reddy's order ensures that the property owners' application will be looked at fairly and according to the rules.
