Summary: A farmer in Telangana claims rightful ownership of land, but government payments are going to others. The court has ordered a review of the situation.

Farmer Claims Ownership of Land

Manda Thirupathi, a farmer from Parlapally Village, says he owns a piece of land that is about 1.0800 acres. He has proof like the latest land ownership passbook and title deed to support his claim. However, the government hasn't been paying him the 'Rythu Bandhu' benefits since 2018. Instead, these payments are going to two other people, Bandi Chukkaiah and Bandi Satish.

"I have all the documents to prove this land is mine," said Thirupathi.

Dispute Over Revenue Records

Thirupathi argues that the names of Chukkaiah and Satish were added to the official land records without following the right steps. He wasn't informed or given a chance to argue against this change. To fix this, Thirupathi submitted an application and a formal request to the local village official, but nothing happened.

Government's Stand

The Assistant Government Lawyer, Mr. L. Ravinder, said that Thirupathi isn't in control of the land. He acknowledged the disagreements between Thirupathi and the other two people claiming the land. However, he assured that the pending application would be reviewed, and all parties involved would be informed.

Court's Decision

Justice K. Lakshman has ordered the local village official to look into Thirupathi's application. The official must inform all parties and make a decision within 30 days. The court also suggested that Thirupathi should resolve his disputes with the other claimants through legal means.

"The application will be reviewed, and all parties will be heard," stated Justice K. Lakshman.

Next Steps

Thirupathi now waits for the village official's decision. Meanwhile, he has to explore other legal ways to settle the ownership dispute with Chukkaiah and Satish. There are no extra costs or pending applications related to this case.
