The court recently decided in favor of Syed Yousuf Ali, a farmer from Saidapur Village, who said he was being bothered by local police to leave his land. The court confirmed an earlier decision stopping the police from getting involved in this matter about property ownership.

The Farmer's Complaint

Syed Yousuf Ali, a 62-year-old farmer, made a complaint against the State of Telangana and local police officers. He said that the police were using harsh words and pushing him to leave his land in Anthansagar village, Medak district. According to Ali, this was happening because of influence from other people.

"The action of the Station House Officer Kondapur PS and the Sub Inspector of Police Kondapur PS illegally bothering the petitioner and his family... is against the rules of fairness in the Constitution of India."

What the Court Heard

Judge N. Tukaramji listened to both sides. Ali's lawyer argued that the police were getting involved in a property dispute and that an earlier decision had already been made to stop this interference. The lawyer wanted this decision to become permanent.

Police's Side of the Story

The Assistant Government Lawyer, Mr. R. Laxmikanth Reddy, spoke for the police. He said that the police got involved only after a complaint from a person named Narendranath Reddy. After looking into it, they found out that it was a matter about property and closed the case.

Court's Decision

After looking at the evidence, the court decided that the temporary order from September 30, 2016, solved Ali's problems. So, the court made this order permanent, stopping the police from interfering with Ali's land.

Final Words

The court finished the case without any extra charges and closed any remaining applications. This decision was a relief for Ali and showed how important it is to tell the difference between property and criminal issues.

"The temporary order dated 30.09.2016 is hereby confirmed and made permanent."

This decision shows how the court helps protect people's rights against unfair pressure, especially in property disputes.
