In a recent court decision, Judge Girish Kathpalia ruled against Mr. Rajender Kumar Sharma's request about adding more documents in a temple management case. Here's what happened.

What Was the Case About?

Mr. Rajender Kumar Sharma, the person who brought the case to court, challenged a decision from July 7, 2025, which allowed Shree Bhairon Ji Mandir Samiti (the temple management) to submit extra documents in a legal battle. These documents were key to the temple's claim over its property.

Why Were the Documents Important?

The temple management, the group that started the case, said the documents showed they had been in control of the temple property for a long time. They argued the documents were needed after Mr. Sharma got involved in the case on the opposing side.

"The documents show that the temple property was occupied by the temple management."

Mr. Sharma's Argument

Mr. Sharma's lawyers argued that these documents didn't matter to the case and would change its focus. They thought the documents shouldn't be included because they weren't submitted with the original complaint.

The Court's View

The court did not agree with Mr. Sharma. Judge Kathpalia said the documents were important for understanding the history of who managed and owned the temple. The court believed these documents could help explain the situation, as long as they were proven to be real.

"The extra documents would definitely help explain the issue."

Petition Denied

In the end, the court saw no reason to change the earlier decision to allow the documents. Mr. Sharma's request was denied, meaning the temple management's documents stayed in the case.
