The people on the other side, represented by Ms. Avshreya Pratap Singh Rudy and others, said that a new notice to apply for the stall was issued on November 4, 2025, but no new decisions were made about the stall in question.
Judge Mini Pushkarna noted that the court had the power to decide on this matter, based on previous decisions. The court decided to extend the license because the Indian Railways' rules are the same for everyone and past decisions were similar.
"Considering the uniform rules of the Indian Railways, this Court proceeds to decide the present matter."
The court decided that Saroj Rajendra Kumar Mangla could run the stall for seven more months from December 1, 2025, after paying the license fees. The person must promise to leave the stall after this time. The Railways can ask for new applications for the stall after the extension period.
The court's decision is in line with earlier rulings, ensuring fairness and consistency in handling similar situations. Saroj Rajendra Kumar Mangla now has more time to manage the stall at Rewari Railway Station.
