A recent court decision has set the stage for a speedy trial in a property eviction case. Judge J. Sreenivas Rao has ordered the quick handling of a case involving Vuthunuri Indu Kumari and Profit Shoe Company Pvt Ltd, among others.
Vuthunuri Indu Kumari, a housewife and landlord, filed a case (O.S. No. 2 of 2021) asking for Profit Shoe Company Pvt Ltd to be removed from her property. She wants them to leave and give back control of the property to her and her family. The case was filed in the main court of Bhadradri Kothagudem.
Indu Kumari's lawyer argued that the rental agreement with Profit Shoe Company Pvt Ltd and its directors, including Bodepudi Shiva Koteswara Rao, Bathineni Peraiah, Badepudi Teja, and Bodepudi Padmalatha, had ended, and the case was ready to be heard. The delay in resolving the case was causing her problems. She asked the court to speed up the process.
Judge J. Sreenivas Rao ordered the main district judge to handle the case as quickly as possible. He stressed that both parties need to work together and avoid unnecessary delays:
"Both Vuthunuri Indu Kumari and the respondents, including Profit Shoe Company Pvt Ltd and its directors, are directed to co-operate with the trial Court for the disposal of the case, without seeking unnecessary adjournments."
The court aims for a quick resolution, ensuring that all parties involved stick to the timeline. This decision shows the court's commitment to efficient legal proceedings.
The Civil Revision Petition was closed without any order about costs, and any pending extra petitions were also closed. The court has instructed that the official copy of the order be issued within a week.
